Spring Gift Bag Delivery

Collecting good books, shopping for tasty and healthy treats, writing personal notes,  assembling "Spring Gift Bags," and delivering the gift bags to my Book Club Members at The Armed Forces Retirement Home, Washington D.C. was all part of a beautiful and heartfelt day.  Engaging in conversations with my long-time friends was the very best!  During each and every visit with these incredible veterans, I am always so fortunate to learn more and more about their personal lives and the sacrifices they have made, and continue to make for our grand nation.  Harry F. Miller and I had some time to reflect on the writing of my forthcoming book, "Music In Our Hearts, The Songs of America," Second Edition, and we are looking forward to sharing it both far and wide!  I am truly looking forward to my next visit at AFRH and spending time with America's Finest."
