A celebratory day indeed! Grandson Charlie along with over 800 of his senior classmates of Richard Montgomery High School, Rockville, MD proudly received their high school diplomas. This memorable commencement ceremony that took place at Chesapeake Employees Insurance Arena at The University of Maryland, Baltimore Campus was a day of families and friends coming together to honor this inspirational graduating class of 2023!
