Carpenter's Shelter

For the past 10 years I have been volunteering and donating foods to Carpenter's Shelter, Alexandria, Virginia, alongside parishioners of my church, St. Rita Catholic Church. At some point in time, the Director of Carpenter's mentioned that the number of children residing there had risen some. Gifting titles of several of the books that I have written was well received by the children and their families. Always heartfelt to know that foundations such as Carpenter's Shelter are promoting books, all for the love of reading. Thank you, Carpenter's!
