Armed Forces Home

An unforgettable afternoon, while visiting with my dear friends at the Armed Forces Retirement Home, Washington D.C.  Discussing books that we are reading and sharing our very own current events, was just the very best of times!  These incredible veterans who have served our grand nation on so many different levels, were grateful for the gift bags of books and delicious treats that had been a promise for Valentines Day.  Looking forward to our next visit together, and it will be as if I've never left them.
