American Legion District 9 Meeting

Recently, while spending the entire day attending the American Legion District 9 Meeting, hosted by Post 23, Hiawassee, Georgia, I so enjoyed being with the Veterans of Foriegn Wars and their families that I have come to know through the years.  It was also a delight to meet those American Legion Members who traveled a distance to attend the American Legion District 9 Meeting.  In years past, I have shared my beloved books with Post 23, Hiawassee, Georgia, and to be invited to share and sign some of their favorite book titles at the American Legion District 9 Meeting was such an honor!  God Bless those men and women in uniform who are serving and protecting our United States of America...
