A Day Spent With A Dear Friend

Spending the day with my dear friend, Barbara Frey was a delight.  Perusing through the Candy Cane Christmas Market at my church, Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church, Hayesville, North Carolina and finding beautifully handcrafted gifts for our families and friends was the best!  

Barbara and myself attended mass at IHM, and we spent moments looking at the photographs of those individuals that the IHM parishioners are honoring all through the month of November.  The lovely framed photos are placed beginning on "All Saints Day," designated a Religious Day of Obligation in the Catholic Church.  Barbara and myself are standing with the photographs of my beloved daughter, Erinn Kristen Orr, and my beautiful parents, Charlie and Virginia Crews.  A beautiful day...indeed!
