Reading Is Fundamental At John Adams Elementary School

John Adams Elementary School, Alexandria City Schools orchestrated their annual Reading Is Fundamental book distribution December 17-19 in their media center.  This year's theme was "A Winter Wonderland."   

The media center was all decked out with snowflakes that the students of John Adams had created, and twinkly white lights set the stage for a festive ambiance.  Guest readers, the book "Snowflake Bentley" was enjoyed by all students, and the short film "Gruffalo Child" entertained the student body of John Adams.  Each and every student at John Adams was delighted to select their RIF book, and to have a new book to read during their winter break vacation.
