Visiting with VFW Post 7807

Recently, I had the honor and privilege of visiting with the members of The Veterans of Foreign Wars of The United States, Post 7807, Hiawassee, Georgia. Being invited to a dinner and introducing my books was an unexpected gift. Truly looking forward to future visits with this dedicated organization! Glenna, I just finished Courage From the Heart". Excellent high level overview of our Greatest Generation, focused upon the true story of Navy nurses in the Philippines.. I believe your level of teaching using this book as encouragement for kids to further learn history and possibly serve our Sovereign Republic in any one of our military services is much needed. And as this book serves, they need this intro at a young age! THX! Scott Drummond
